Create basic setup- assign coa's, items, customers, vendors, then save
Create multiple invoices and purchases, then save
open item reports by choosing sales amount and quantity graphs  - the graphs' ranges are not showing in the view, print formats.

We are unable to reproduce this bug. I have verified my side the ranges are showing correctly in view and print.
