[PR 32bit- Win&Mac]-[DE SUTA filing]- FICA wage Issue.

1.As per the Discussion fica will calculate based on the social security And Medicare if any one will mark as exempt then the fica wage will be 0. its not working as per update.

2. as per publication fica wage will be include decimal values but not showing.

Fixed in Win/Mac, available in version 04
