[Cloud Integration Payroll] - [IN State SUTA Filing] -

For IN State SUTA filing, the Hire Date is a mandatory field for filing. If the Hire Date ("Start Date") is not provided for an employee, that employee's details should not be included in the generated CSV file. Currently it is taking the check current date.
