When "Preparer FEIN" starts with zeros, in the CSV file, preciding zero's are not showing. Same issue in the "IN state" if Federal ID starts with Zeros, in the CSV file getting trimmed. If given without zero's at start in the CSV shows correctly, when Zero's are given this is happened.

Ex:- I have given "12345" in the application but in the CSV file it has to show "00012345". as per publication. Since the DE publication specifies an 8-digit length, we cannot restrict the field to 7 digits without causing errors @Testing team Revisit the publication and update it.
