[PR 64-bit Windows-State Tax report/EmployeeSetup]:- Some content needs to be added in the application.

#1. In the Employee setup screen, the hire date format message needs to be added as per PR 64-bit Mac.

#2. In the State tax report screen, at the top of the screen, a note needs to be added, as per the PS Team update.

1. Working fine as expected.

2. The content is still not updated.

The content on the State Tax screen should be updated to:

"Please complete MMREF/EFW2 setup in 'W2/W3 Statements' before generating your SUTA report in ICESA/CSV format."
