[PR 64-bit Win-State tex reports-MD SUTA]-If the employee has SUTA"Exampt", that employee's data does not show in the CSV, but needs to show employee data.



#2.IF employee has 2nd state(other then MD), that employee data not showing in the CSV.


#3. When the submitter details are not given in the transmitter contact, it is shown as blank, but the company name is shown.

Note: Based on this issue, we are unable to test the complete CSV file. Once it's fixed, we will move forward.
