#1. Incomes and deductions that are assigned for employee should display without saving

#2. In YTD Hours Details tabbing functionality is not working

#3. In YTD Hours Detail screen assigned hours and Amounts are saving without clicking ok button if we assign and just close the screen by clicking on cross icon.
