#1. Error message should not display after selecting the Hour category in Company Categories dropdown

#2. Calendar icon is not working in start receiving date from field, Hour available for Use field and Carry-Over date field

#3. Calendar icon is showing for Hour worked option if i tried to save with some hour and also unable to save Hour worked field

#4. Accrued Hours fields are enabling without selecting any hour category:

steps: 
1. Select the Employee and assign hour category
2. Select Hour available for Use field checkbox and given some hour worked and click on save 
3. Now select the employee that has no Accrued hours setup saved and observe, all the fields are enabling without assigning hour category

#5. Able to select duplicate hour categories instead it should show alert

#6. Save, Cancel and Clear buttons are not enabling after removing the Hour category and also all fields are in enable state after clicking on remove button

#7. After Employee's hour accrual list is full if we try to assign duplicate hour category then it should display duplicate alert popup should display instead of accrual hour full alert popup.
