[1095-B] - Print - When generating ACA Forms for multiple employees, an empty Covered Individuals page is generated for employees who do not have any Covered Individuals

Description:

When generating the ACA Forms for multiple employees (for example, 3 employees), where the 1st and 3rd employees have Covered Individuals and the 2nd employee does not, the PDF is generated with an unnecessary blank Covered Individuals page for the 2nd employee.
