Create multiple jobs in setup, then save. Now open the job report screen

Issue#1: The Expenses column has an alignment issue. While opening the screen, it should be visible
Issue#2: The header of the page, along with the date, is missing.
Issue#3: The description for the search field box is missing on the screen.
Issue#4: The control buttons are missing and are unable to drag the screen.
