1. Even though the user is assigned only Read access in User Management, some screens are displaying editable options/actions that should be restricted.

2.Certain options that should be enabled based on the assigned user permissions are currently disabled on some screens.

3. Users with restricted or Read-Only access are still able to view and access the Subscriptions, My Account, and Preferences options from the profile menu. These options should be disabled
