Default departments or jobs are selecting by following scenario: 

steps: 

1. Select one Employee and in wages screen, click on Select Departments/Jobs button
2. Select some departments/Jobs and click on cancel button
3. Now select other Employee and in wages screen , click on Select Departments/Jobs button and observe, before selected departments/jobs are in selection
