Add New Document screen issues

1. Document Name is accepting unlimited characters

2. Able to save without assigning any file if we open the existing document and try to create new document

3. cross icon for the choosen file is not working

4. Error message should not show after entering data in Document Name

5. Choose File button is not working in Re-Upload Document side panel

6. Updated status is changing only after refreshing the screen

#5. a)Choose File button is not working in Re-Upload Document side panel
b)after entering the name error msg should not show in document name of re-upload document and after entering all should enable update button.
