Issues in Import screen

1. Import TXT and CSV buttons are not disabling if we copy one field and remove field

2. Remove button is enabling without selecting field in Selected fields by clicking on empty space

3. State cannot be blank. Please enter State error message is not showing

4. In Unable to import employee information without First Name and Last Name alert content, 'Last Name' should display
