[1099 import]:-When importing Recipient with all the fields and Personal information checkbox checked , State Local income tax withheld value is imported as zero instead of value.

Note:-
1. The above issue is arising only when we do "Copy" of the fields not in "copy all" case.

2. The above field value issue is present in MISC, DIV and INT forms.

3. Same issue is replicating even when we import MISC, DIV and INT Recipients with only additional information fields.
