[1099-Efile]-[NEC form]-The following issues are occurring in the NEC e-file.
 
1.When the combined file option is selected for WI state, the following fields are not displaying as expected:

WI state
663-677- Code need to display 15 digit wiscon code. 
683-684 state code is required.
723-734  State income tax withheld.
The above-mentioned fields are currently not appearing in the e-file.

2.When the combined file option is selected for NC state, the following field is not displaying as expected:

NC
711-722 STATE INCOME should display.

3.When the combined file option is selected for KY state, the following fields are not displaying as expected:

KY
663-664 state code need to populate
665-684 State employer Account number  need to display
values need to populate in postion 723-734
