In migrated database while trying to generate E-file only for employer (1094C) by selecting "Yes" for "Essential Coverage Offer" for August month we are getting code as 2 instead of 1 in <p1:MinEssentialCvrOffrCd> tag.

if we select "No" for "Essential Coverage Offer" for August month we are getting code as 1 instead of 2.
