Issue#1: Incorrect Report Results When Including Non-Inventory Items
1. Create a basic setup by assigning coas, vendors, and items across all categories (like zero qty and non-inventory items), then save.
2. Open the item report screen by selecting inventory-related options along with the report-type options.
Report type: Omit zero items and include non-inventory options.
3. When the include non-inventory option is selected, zero-qty items are also missing even without the checkbox selected. The report-type details are fetched incorrectly, with intermittent issues occurring.

Issue#2:Adjusted Inventory Not Reflected Correctly Month-wise.

Adjust some amount in the 1st month, then again adjust some amount in the 3rd month - here for the 2nd month, previously saved amount for that item is not displaying instead of showing 0. Monthly values should reflect cumulative
