[Transactions][Adjust Inventory] - Adjust Qty & Total Cost field validation issues.

#1.Total Cost Formatting -
When a full numeric value is entered (e.g., 1234567890), it should automatically be formatted and displayed as 1234567.00.

#2.Zero Value Validation - 
When zero values are entered for Adjust Qty & Total Cost, they should be validated and displayed in the standardized format 0.00
