[Transactions][Adjust Inventory] - For the Adjusted Qty Transactions. Unit Cost is calculating incorrectly.

STEPS:
=> When Creating a item - Qty should be 107.50 and Total Cost should 1175.
=> Open Adj.Inventory Screen, Adjust 5 Qty and Total Cost should 50 and save transaction.
=> Select the Adjusted Transaction and Observe the Unit Cost Value. The Unit cost is calculating incorrectly.
