[Setup] - Incorrect Results When Selecting Related Search After Entering any Keywords. Description:- In the setup screens, the search functionality is not behaving as expected. When a user enters a keyword or number in the search bar and presses Enter, related search suggestions are displayed. However, upon selecting any of these related search options, the system shows unrelated details instead of the expected results. Steps to Reproduce:- 1.Open any setup screen where the search bar is available. 2.Enter any word or number in the search bar. 3.Press Enter to perform the search. 4.Click on any of the related search suggestions displayed. However, upon selecting any of these related search options, and then clears the data, the Save button remains enabled. But the Save button should be disabled when there is no data in the search field.
