[1095-C] migrated ACA DB while generated the E-file found issue

Issue:1
The Corrected unique ID is display "5" instead of "6"

Issue:2
The TotalForm1095CALEMemberCnt is displaying "20" instead of "15"

Issue:3
Tax year displaying as "20251" instead of "2025"

Issue:4
Record ID is displaying "1" ID incremented 

(Note: Corrected Unique submission ID and Record ID displaying correctly)
