[Salesforce Payroll -Employee Set up]:-When Trying to change Federal category after(2c) to Earlier(2019) for the employee:

1.Invalid federal tax table warning popup is not coming.
2.The previous tax table and parameters like Step-3 and 4(a),4(b),4(c) values are saving.
3. The same wrong category federal tax is calculating in calculate pay
and while again going back to employee for the 2nd time then the pop up is coming.
