[SalesForce   State  Taxes Values] State ID given in any state categoy, should displaying in all state categories of same state (eg: state id given in AZ 0.8 should display in all AZ states) 
FYI: after given state id in AZ0.8 and saving , if we select other state category at select the state AZ 0.8 back then state id is not displaying
