When invalid data is entered into the 'Recipient Last Name (Surname)' field, the expected error message does not appear.
However, it should display an error message such as: "Last Name (Surname): Must be 20 characters or less."

Note: This issue is present across all forms.

We are not providing any validation rules to save recipients, if it is empty, it will throw error message: "You must enter the name to save this recipient."
Moreover, no one has a name with special characters. Therefore, I'm rejecting this bug.
