[Sales Force - Local Taxes] :"Cancel" button functionality is not working as expected in "Save before continuing"
 steps to reproduce:
1. Select  Aurora-CO category and modify the fixed amount to 20
2. without saving select Denver-CO 
3. Save before continuing" alert will display select "Cancel"  option and observe "Aurora-CO" should be in selection instead of Denver-CO
