[Sales Force - State Tax Values] : if we give max amounts in State Tax Parameters and press tab, then convertion is not working as like desktop for below fields

1. In SUTA % textbox if we give amounts as 2000 and press tab then should convert as 99.9999
2. In Max SUTA Wages if we give amounts as 12345678 then should covert to 99999.99
3. All State Tax Parameters (Annual Exemption Amount, Credit Amount.....) : if we give amounts as 12345678.00 then should covert to 99999.99
