[PR 64bit win/ Enter hours-payroll]: - In 32-bit application at a time highlighting only one hour rate but in 64-bit application it is highlighting one or more hour rate.

NOTE- 'Fill down column' working on only one hour rate same as 32-bit.

We are using a grid in 64 64-bit application, so the grid functionality to highlight can't help in a 64-bit application

In the latest production application (26.0.13) version ,  It is highlighting one at a time.
