[Create Payments]-After selecting multiple payees, the pop-up appears. However, this pop-up should show only the 940 type in the selected list.

As it mention it will come if we are selecting 940 TAX FUTA or Federal Tax , pop up will come , so if you try to select without 940 TAX FUTA and federal Tax, pop up will not come.

Now, it is working fine as expected in the latest& Production version(26.0.13) as well.
