[Online Payroll-Create Payments Screen]:-While trying to create an employer payment check, showing a pop-up like a duplicate check, but no duplicate check is created.


Steps to reproduce:

>>Create an employee and assign the wages.
>>Create 2 checks for the employee (Check1, check2).
>>Delete 2nd check for the employee in the modify paychecks screen.
>>Create an employer and try to create check number 2 and observe the screen.
>>Here getting an Error popup like "Duplicate check number "
