[PR 64-bit Win-Export-Employer payees]-In the employer export screen, the Windows button is not showing managing screens.

The above #4-year issue also getting in all windows.

#Year has been increased 

#The issues related managing screen is pending in all the 64 bit window and it will be resolve in the next phase.

The issue related to Managing screens is still exists in Production (26.0.13).
