[Salesforce - Payroll-Create payments]-In the calculated amount equal to the check amount, the "Create Payments Adjusted Values" popup should not show but here the"Create Payments Adjusted Values" popup is getting.

steps to reproduce
===============
>> Create emp and assign wages.
>> Create a check for the employee in the calculate pay screen.
>> Create one employer payee in the setup.
>> Go to the Create Payments screen and calculate the amount for the check.
>> Modify the calculated amount with any value.
>> Try to create a check for the employer and cancel the "Create Payments Adjusted Values" screen.
>> Again calculate the Amount, try to create the check, and observe the screen.


Actual result: A check should be created.
Expected result: "Create Payments Adjusted Values" popup getting.
