[PR 64-bit Win-Payroll-Enter Hours]-In the Enter hours screen, The tabbing order is not working like the PR 32-bit application.


steps to reproduce

>> Create two or more employees in the employee setup screen.
>> Load the hours categories in the hour's list.
>> Go to the enter hours screen, click the tab button, and observe the screen.

As we are using custom control in 64 bit application, that's why the tabling order is moving as it's moving.
