In Employee Accrued Hours Tab fields were getting enabled even we don't assign category.
Steps:
1. Create an Employee ass detains up to Taxes.
2. Then click for Accrued Hours Tab we observe Fields were getting enabled.
3. Until we assign a category fields must be disabled mode after assigning they need to Enable.
