Dashboard – “Failed to generate PDF”  when emailing recipient information

In the Dashboard, when we select all forms, click on any recipient, and select Email for the recipient from the File menu, the Email Recipient Info popup is displayed. After clicking OK on the popup, another popup appears with the message "Failed to generate PDF."
