Open the CheckMark AI Assistant.
Click Need Help → Go To My Account → Add New Ticket.
The issue can be reproduced in both scenarios:
->With a valid login to the website.
->Without logging in to the website.
Enter all the required fields.
Click the Submit button.

Issue:
The Add New Ticket details are unable to be submitted. The entered information is not accepted when the user clicks Submit.

Due to some network(server) issues, I found this issue. Now it's working fine
So I'm closing the bug.
