When users enter irrelevant, unrelated, or inappropriate queries, the AI assistant still generates a response instead of recognizing that the query is outside its supported scope. The chatbot should gracefully inform the user that it can only assist with CheckMark-related topics, rather than providing misleading or unrelated answers.
