After entering a message in the chatbot and leaving the chat idle without sending any further input, the chatbot does not display any follow-up or idle prompt message.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open the AI chatbot.
Enter any text in the chat (e.g., "hi 1099").
Leave the chat idle for the configured idle timeout period.
Observe the chatbot behaviour.

This is actually a functionality not a bug, Timer wont start unless you interact (send a message) to the bot.
