[Setup] - Incorrect Results When Selecting Related Search After Entering any Keywords.

Description:-
In the setup screens, the search functionality is not behaving as expected. When a user enters a keyword or number in the search bar and presses Enter, related search suggestions are displayed. However, upon selecting any of these related search options, the system shows unrelated details instead of the expected results.

Steps to Reproduce:-
1.Open any setup screen where the search bar is available.
2.Enter any word or number in the search bar.
3.Press Enter to perform the search.
4.Click on any of the related search suggestions displayed.

Note:- The above-mentioned issue is observed across all setup screens(Interface Accounts, Account Balances, Customer Setup, Vendor Setup, Item Setup, Job Setup, and Salesperson Setup)

#Issue 2:-
In the setup screens, When a user enters a keyword or number in the search bar and presses Enter, related search suggestions are displayed. However, upon selecting any of these related search options, and then clears the data, the Save button remains enabled. But the Save button should be disabled when there is no data in the search field.

Note:- The above-mentioned issue is observed across all setup screens(Customer Setup, Vendor Setup, Item Setup, Job Setup, and Salesperson Setup, Account Balances)

Issue 1 is working fine in all screens except account balances

Note: The application crashes when searching for invalid or unwanted data and pressing the Enter key.

Issue 1 is working fine in account balances screen.

Issue 2 is working fine in (Customer Setup, Vendor Setup, Item Setup, and Salesperson Setup, Account Balances)

But still issue is getting in "Job setup"
