1. create basic setup- assign coa, the customer then save
2. create a sales journal and make the payment now open the customer report - the paid journals should not display in the customer report when selecting AR, AR summary, AR summary aged options.

NOTE: Create another sales journal and make an extra payment. Then, create the extra amount as a refund check and save. In this scenario, the journals are also displayed in the report.
