Complete the required setup. Create and save vendors, including 1099 vendors.
Open the Vendor Report screen.
Select all available vendors from the stub.
Open the 1099 and 1096 reports.
Observe the pop-up message when selecting non-1099 vendors.

Issue:
A pop-up appears when selecting non-1099 vendors, but the message content differs from the Mac version.
