Create multiple purchases and payables, then save
Open the vendor report and verify the options.

#1. Report Type: Accounts payable
In the generated text and CSV files, some transactions are missing, resulting in incorrect total balances

#2. The total balances are still incorrect; once closed and reopened, the screen balances work fine
