Here is the attached flat file and database for bug verification.

The Ledger Balance and Difference fields in Bank Reconciliation are incorrectly including transaction balances from subsequent months, even when a cutoff date is selected. This results in inaccurate balance calculations and violates the cutoff date validation.

STEPS:
=> Create a few transactions (e.g., invoices) in January 2026.
=> Create a few additional transactions (e.g., invoices) in February 2026.
=> Navigate to Bank Reconciliation (BR).
=> Select the Inventory Account.
=> Set the Cutoff Date to 01/31/2026 (January month-end).
=> Observe the Ledger Balance and Difference fields.

Actual Result:
The Ledger Balance and Difference fields incorrectly include transaction balances from February 2026, displaying February balances even though the cutoff date is set to January 31, 2026.

Expected Result:
The Ledger Balance and Difference calculations should consider only transactions dated on or before the selected cutoff date (01/31/2026). Transactions from subsequent months should be excluded from the calculations.
