[Reports][General Ledger] - GL Text & CSV File Issues.

#1.GL Text File & CSV File Naming Convention:
By default, when generating the GL Text file & CSV file, the file name includes the GL name along with the date. The date format should be removed from the file naming process.

The file should be saved using only "General Ledger", with a space between the two words.

#2.Unnecessary Date and amounts are showing for the transactions totals at bottom of the text file.

#3.GL CSV File:
Whole data is showing in first column. Instead of showing in the respective column wise.
