Create and save invoices and purchases.
Open the Item Report screen.
Select the specified report options and generate the reports in the respective formats.
Verify the item names and displayed values.

Issue #1: Inventory Selection Date – Text and CSV Formats
The full-length item name is missing (truncated).
Unwanted extra zeros are displayed in the report.
