[Import Prior Year] – Recipient Last Names Missing from Dashboard

Description: After performing the Import Prior-Year, recipients last names are not displayed on the dashboard for All forms.

fixed available for next build.

The issue still exist,  after doing import prior year. The last names of some recipients are not displayed on the dashboard.

Note: This issue is occurring across all forms.
