Open the Item Report screen.
Maximize the window.
Observe the "Use Enter to Search Further" text.
Observe the report format window.

Issue#1:
The "Use Enter to Search Further" text is misaligned on the maximized screen.

Issue#2:
The old report format is displayed instead of the new format.
Instructions are missing.
Extra space appears between the Generate Report button and the dropdown.
The search bar differs from the Mac 64-bit version.
