[Edit printing formats]-The Edit Printing Formats layout is not displayed properly. Newly added fields and existing fields are displayed inconsistently. Additionally, after changing the box positions and clicking Yes in the Save Changes pop-up, the changes are not being applied or saved.

#2. For S, the 1096 form data is not showing; the form is showing empty.

#3.For S form, Apt.no. is not showing on the print forms.

The room or suite and Apt.no. is not showing in the print 2ups.

This issue is present in all forms.

#2 and #3 still have issues.
