[PR 32 bit WIN]-[Reports- W2C & W3C Statements]- 

In the W-2C correction, the State ID accepting only 12 digits, even when 16 digits are entered on the State Taxes screen.

In Windows we have fixed, mac fix not available in this build.

Win 32-bit: When we are given 16 digit state ID , here in the "original" and "correct" boxes accepted only 12 digits, but it should be accept max length.

Fixed in Windows, available in version 02.
