1. open enter hour screen and enter some amount from regular to end of the hour categories for any employee and save
2. now select the employee and select the regular category and remove the entered amount, for the first time its not removing the entered amount.

We are using custom control in the enter hours , so if you will highlight any data and without pressing backspace, directly enter the hours , it will work absolutely fine.

As per the Comments it is working fine in Production(26.0.13) and latest versions(26.0.14 Ver-08) as well.
